So after work today, I decided it was time to cut the fro before the end of summer. It is always sad, getting a haircut that is, because when I'm getting it done everyone reminds me how they wish they had hair like mine. I know, I'm being a little vain right now. Either way, it is always painful to see my curls on the floor only to later be swept into the dust bin (one of my roommates in college spoke British English and this was one of his words) but either way I went to get my hair cut.
Since I didn't make an appointment I had to wait an hour for them to cut my hair.
To kill the time I headed to Coldstone creamery to pass the time.
Tomorrow I have to go to the dentist and I figured ruining the good teeth I have left before tomorrow would be the best way to celebrate.
I went and had my hair cut and even though I'm always weirded out by the feeling of a new hair cut, I was happy with the results. The lady even put gel in my hair to make it shiny. I was happy.
So even though I am trying to get used to the guy with short hair on my mirror, I like my haircut. I guess I really don't miss my curly hair that much.
More on the dentist tomorrow (Yikes!)
